There are four evangelical churches (Church of Christ, Lutheran,  Pentecostals and Baptist), totaling 900-1150 evangelical believers. This is in city of 130,000. Though there are some initiatives towards alcoholics and the drug addicted, no one is purposely targeting this cross section of society. With the blessing and encouragement of the city organizers we are in a position to do exactly that.
